What does being Search Academy Accredited mean?
All consultants at Search Academy go through the same rigorous interview and testing process. When you work with us, we only offer the best the industry has to offer, and here’s the 3 key steps all consultants must pass to become Search Academy Accredited.
1. All candidates go through several interviews including a rigorous final interview with owner of Search Academy and Search Marketing Veteran, Matt Collis. Matt has personally interviewed 100s of Search Marketing professionals during his career and knows what to look for.
2. All Consultants that pass through the interview process receive a formal test project where consultants are trialled on one of our live inhouse Search campaigns. They are challenged on the following aspects:
- Efficiency of work
- Technical knowledge
- Ability to prove results
- Communication skills
- Planning, organisation, and documentation skills
- Presentation skills
- Provision of insights and intelligence to the campaign
3. The final stage is to formally train Consultants in Search Academy’s best practice, internal project management and time planning systems.
Consultants who are successful in becoming Search Academy Accredited are tested and monitored through an ongoing quality assurance process.
Search Academy Accredited Consultants are also provided a detailed training and development plan to further their skills in all aspects of Search Marketing, from SEO, SEM, SMO, through Google Analytics, Adwords, PR submissions, Audits, among many more.
